The concept of emotional intelligence or emotional quotient (EQ) has gained popularity and acceptance over the years. How well do you connect with yourself and with others? Your ability to appropriately identify, recognise and manage your emotions for your own well-being as well as the wellbeing of people around you is what is described as emotional intelligence.

The right time to change your profession request a suitable career at the age of 20, 21, 22, 23, or 24 by that time not at 40 as by that time you have crystallized. Many of you obviously have married, and have a family so that responsibility pulls you. Have frustration and keep on working.
